We have security video of the guy. He's late twenties to mid thirties, roughly 6 feet tall, 175-200 lbs, apparently fit. He has darker skin, darker than white but not dark dark. He has short dark hair and a shirt beard (consistent length all around his head) that's also dark. He was wearing a dark puffy jacket and a big, multi pocket backpack.
