What To Look For
1. Front derailleur shifter has cosmetic damage, bandaged in black electrical tape
2. large shiny chrome bell
3. if the thief has not hacksawed it off... there is a padlocked chain wrapped around the seat tube. The chain is inside a rubber inner tube.
