Start by registering your bike. It's quick, free, and helps deter theft while giving you the best chance of recovery.

Add photos to make your bike easy to identify if it's missing. Add shots of the full bike, unique features, and the serial number for maximum impact.

Tell us about the incident: Make sure your bike details are up to date, and add any other photos of your bike. Add location information to help us target your alert and prioritize secure bike parking.

Share your missing bike page: We automatically create a page for your alert which will appear when people search for your bike. You can also share this page to spread the word.

Print a missing bike poster: Your alert generates a missing bike poster that you can post around the neighborhood with the photos and information from your registration.

Notify the community: Send a smartphone notification to 529 users nearby so they can keep an eye out for your bike. Be sure to let friends know about your bike and share to your social networks.

File a police report: Send the details about your bike to the police from your account, and save your police contact information and case number with your registration.

The community, bike shops, and police check bikes on 529 and can contact you if they find your bike.
