My 20-inch red Campus folding bike was stolen about a month ago during a public event in New Westminster (6th St & 5th Ave area). It was locked with a strong lock, but still taken. I've filed a police report, and the bike was registered with Garage 529. This was actually my backup bike. My main bike — a new, expensive electric folding bike — was stolen about 4 years ago near Lougheed Mall. It was also locked with a strong lock, and the battery had been removed, but that didn’t stop the thief. Both locks disappeared along with the bikes.
