It was locked to a street post outside of the entrance of a condo building. When I noticed it was missing, I also noticed that the post was completely able to be removed from the ground. There were no screws to fix it to the ground.
What To Look For
Navy blue
Louis Garneau on the frame
There is a green polka-dot (removable) seat protector
2 fenders and a rack with a bungee cord over it
Probably has a Kryptonite U-Lock still on the frame.
