stolen from: 60 S 2nd St, New York, NY 11249 bike rack in front of Crown Victoria near the corner of Wythe and South 2nd. It was attached through the front wheel to the bike rack. I locked it at 12:42, then came back at 3pm and the lock was still there but the bike was gone.
